Booking confirmation

All the booking details will be confirmed when our company
sends a confirmation email citing all the guest particulars.

Price

The tariff of the selected accommodation is mentioned in Indian rupee only. The total sum quoted does not cover the Goods and Services tax (unless otherwise mentioned) which needs to be paid separately.

Method of payment

We accept payment for the booking in cash, UPI, credit and
debit card. In order to make the process smooth, safe and cashless, we humbly advise guests to opt for the digital mode of payment.

Check-in and Check out

The regulation for check-in and check-out are made by the
company. The check-in time is after 2 pm on the day of arrival and the check-out time is till 10 am on the day of departure. Later check-outs can be arranged only after the prior intimation of the guests and subject to availability.

Occupancy rule

It is the sole responsibility of the guest to ensure that the apartment
is occupied by the same number of guests specified in the confirmation email sent by our company at the time of booking. In case we learn of any breach in the said condition, we reserve the right to refuse entry to the additional members into the booked apartment. Moreover, no paid amount will be returned.

Facilities

All of our apartment properties are furnished up to the highest quality
standards. Unless otherwise mentioned, the quoted price of the apartment includes all utilities such as kitchen appliances and utensils, modern bat fittings, frequent linen changes, housekeeping, high-speed wi-fi connection and outdoor parking facility among others.

Pets

According to the company rules, pets of any kind are not allowed into the
property. If the guests are found flouting this norm, they will be strictly penalised.

Loss of property

In case of any loss of belongings or other personal baggage, we
can not be held responsible in any form. Our representatives or our company as a whole cannot be deemed responsible for circumstances beyond our control.

Damage to property

The property and contents of the hired accommodation must be
taken good care of by the occupants of the serviced apartments. The equipment, domestic utensils and other contents must be cleaned and intact at the end of the hire period. If any harm has been caused to the properties of the apartment, guests must reach out to the company representatives at once. They must bear the charges of replacement or repair of the damaged contents on the price agreed upon with our company.

Cancellation

Guests must initiate the process of cancellation of booking prior to their
date of arrival. If they send a notification 15 days prior to the date when they arrive, no amount will be dedicated and the entire funds received from the guests will be refunded. In case, the notification is received less than 15 days before the date of arrival, no amount will be returned to the client.
