Born into a service class family, Sunil Bawa always wanted to tread his own path. After successfully completing his B.E from REC Kurukshetra (now NIT) in Electrical Engineering,  it’s here that he began charting his own trail. His first venture was a management consulting firm, which he ran successfully for 10 years. Finally, he decided to delve into hospitality – something he had always been passionate about. He knew that not only is there immense scope for growth in the segment but also a desperate need to improve standards and broaden the horizons. With more than 20 years of experience in this industry and have found a niche in service apartments, he has single-handedly built an inventory of more than 100 studio apartments across Gurgaon.
