4 Step Implementation Plan

1. Contactless Check-Ins and Check-Outs

Leveraging all possible measures and precautions such as disinfecting luggage at the time of check-in & digital payments at the time of check-outs to minimize the COVID risk.

2. Deep Cleaning

Regular deep cleaning of the property using COVID disinfectants with special focus on the frequently touched surfaces.

3. In-room Essentials and Services

Masks, Sanitizers and other essentials to be made available inside every room for the guests.

4. Sanitised Pick-Up & Drop Service

Frequent Deep Cleaning and disinfection of the car using specialised disinfectants as well as trained drivers to ensure a COVID free travel experience for the guests.

Procedure for Contactless Check-Ins and Check-Outs

Service the air-conditioning system of the cars every month

Car divided into 2 separate compartments with a plastic sheet to keep the guests’ safe

Practice social distancing – Driver trained to maintain social distancing – for example, at fuel stations, chauffeur instructed to maintain a safe distance from pump attendants and even try paying using digital wallets

The car would be sanitized before proceeding to the airport / railway station for guest arrival or departure

The car would be equipped with sanitizer/disinfectant wipes and disposable face masks. These to be offered to the guest before seating
